Trailway Brewing Company

Trailway Brewing Company launched in December of 2014, brewing on a pieced together 120 Litre system in a basement. We had 6 plastic conical fermenters with 1 stainless steel bright tank, that was operated within an old glass-door showcase refrigerator. Our passion was hops and our vision was to share our aromatic and flavourful American style ales. We brewed and packaged, on average, 3 times per week, and sold 100% of our production to local pub accounts. The reception for our ales was more positive than we had ever expected, and before our first anniversary we had begun the paperwork to secure financing and expand production.
