At Wiseacre Farm Distillery we’re aiming to prove that saying to be true – by producing small-batch, quality spirits in our tiny distillery in the woods. Each step in the production process is carried out by hand, by our passionate and nimble team.

The philosophy and profile of our spirits are very much inspired by the farm and forest we call home. With an ever-increasing amount of our ingredients growing just a stone’s throw from the still house, we strive to keep our spirits as ‘local’ as you can get.
