Yukas Japanese Bakery – My name is Yuka and I moved to Winnipeg in 2018. I have worked as a dessert and pastry chef since 2015 in Japan, Australia, Ireland and here in Winnipeg. Since I was a child in Japan, it has been my dream to live in a foreign country. And now I have a new dream which is to open a Japanese bakery in Winnipeg. What gives me great joy and satisfaction is to bake for people and see them smile with delight when they eat my Japanese baked goods. My mission is to create happiness through my baking and make many new friends as I advance and learn. Thank you for trying my baked goods and supporting my dream.
