My love for beekeeping started in 1992 with 12 hives. When this ‘hobby’ grew to a couple hundred hives, I decided it was time and went with the name: Bee Happy Honey. Soon enough I heard about the opening of the Memorial Center Farmer’s Market. I packed up the truck with a table or two, a tent frame and an orange tarp…and the rest, as they say, is history!
