Birchwood Dairy Farm is a dairy farm, processing plant, and Ice Cream Parlor. The farm has 220 acres of land where we milk approximately 120 cows. Enough hay and silage is grown on the farm to feed our happy cows all year long.
Our onsite processing plant is where we produce all our fresh dairy products daily including 50 flavors of Gourmet Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt, Milk, Cream, Whip Cream, Cheeses including Feta and Cheddar Curd (squeaky cheese) as well as Classic Homemade Eggnog (seasonally) made fresh onsite.
Our farm has become a favourite destination for all ages. People from all over visit and enjoy the “ambience” of the country. They love to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains and surrounding fields and farms.
