Busy as a Bee at Dew Fresh Honey. Our Hive (or Honey House) is located in beautiful Osoyoos, British Columbia, Canada. Owner and Beekeeper, Shelley, has worked for 24 years, producing and packaging fresh natural honey. B.Sc.(U of Guelph), B.A.(SFU) and Mom’s kitchen combined education have contributed to developing Our artisanal technique of straining honey using low temperatures to keep honey natural, so natural sugars, enzymes and pollens are “unaltered” by heat, and “granulation” is natural.
