At Original Family Farm we enjoy the meat we produce on our farm. Our neighbours enjoy it too. We’re confident that you and your family will like it as well. On our Farm, located near Saskatoon, our bison are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. Our pigs and chickens receive vegetarian diets we mill ourselves, using the grains we grow. Our beef cows are raised on natural forage and transitioned to wholesome grains they love to eat.
None of our animals receive any medications in their water, feed or at the hatchery for their entire lives. We work with a nutritionist and veterinarian to ensure optimum animal health.
Our abattoir is among the small number of Saskatchewan abattoirs enrolled in the Domestic Meat Inspection Program, which means you can trust that our animals are treated humanely and the meat we provide is safe.
