In our workshop on Vancouver Island, we handcraft bean-to-bar chocolate from scratch. Using three primary ingredients … single origin organic cacao beans, cacao butter and cane sugar … we make small batches of dark and milk chocolate. Crazy bananas dedicated to lighting up our world with decadent chocolate, we’re hands on involved in every step of the chocolate making and packaging process; ethically sourcing the finest quality ingredients and using environmentally friendly packaging.
