At Wild Earth Farms we grow over 100 varieties of vegetables, herbs and fruits on our small 20 acre farm just 2 miles south of Bird’s Hill Provincial Park.
We do not use any conventional pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides and continue to integrate sustainable practices to produce deliciously fresh, high quality vegetables without compromising the integrity of the environment. We are passionate about improving the health of our soil through the use compost, and crop rotation including summer fallowing. All of our seeds are untreated, and non – GMO. We use biodegradable mulch, flame-weeding, a lot of hoe/hand weeding, and cultivation to keep weeds under control.
