Pronounced with a soft ch (more like sch), Charnwood originated from our family farm in England in the 1800’s. After the Hull family immigrated to Canada in the early 1900’s they continued to farm on Vancouver Island using the same name. We continue on with this name over a century later in Chilliwack, BC on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Stó:lō Coast Salish peoples.
They are a 3 generations working together growing cut flowers and fresh vegetables. We also raise pygmy goats and Olde English Southdown Sheep (Babydoll). Along with our animals and fresh produce we have a small flock of heritage chickens that lay us beautiful rainbow eggs.
