Fromagerie La Moutonnière brings you cheese made from sheep’s milk from La Moutonnière and milk from Jersey cows from the herd of Marie-Claude and Stéphane Cloutier, two farms located in the mountains of Ste-Hélène-de-Chester.

The shape of the cheese represents the hills of the village, the name combines the symbolism of the new cheese dairy installed within the village of Ste-Hélène-de-Chester while making the words sound like Ste-Hélène. The green label indicates the pasture cheese making season, a new label with the winter snowy landscapes, will indicate the cheese making when the animals are on dry fodder. The label is the work of Richard Caisse.
