| It all started at Stefano Faita with the idea of offering a real Italian tomato sauce in grocery stores. Genuine, Simple and good. A sauce like that of our mothers. So we, my partner Michele Forgione and I, created 4 first flavors. Prepared in Quebec with Italian tomatoes from the Striano region, our sauces quickly won the hearts of Quebecers. We then wanted to extend our knowledge and beliefs to other products. Other sauces have emerged as well as frozen pizzas, sausages and panettone. | We are Russ and Jenn Zuehlke, Rebel Badass BBQ. We started making some amazing gluten free sauces so we could both enjoy dinner together! Jenn is a celiac who has limited options for prepared deliciousness. We both share a passion for creating in the kitchen. This passion has allowed us to develop an awesome GLUTEN FREE brand of goodness with a variety of BBQ Sauces, Rubs and Seasonings. We shared these creations with friends and family and their reactions to our flavours were incredible! Voila! REBEL BADASS BBQ was born! We hit up local markets and again an overwhelming response to our products. At this point we knew we had a good thing! We started to get into retail locations throughout Alberta and BC. We expanded our Gluten Free baking to be available in a few retail locations. Including pizza crusts, pie crusts, perogies, cakes, cookies, take and bake options.
